I was Checked into an occupied room when I arrived at 11:30pm. When I went back down to the front desk I received no apology from the clerk (male) he just said oh I’ll give you the room next door. Not an appropriate response

Good stay for the cost, rooms were clean, breakfast had lots of options, my only complaint was the air freshener or some sort of fragrant cleaner used along the hallways? My allergies were going nuts.

The room smelled like mold, the toilet was leaking all around. The floors were slippery and dangerous. The carpet was damp and dirty. Not a place I would ever stay again or recommend. It needs some serious cleaning, upgrading and drying out of the facilities. The only upside to this hotel was the staff was ipleasant and professional. Other than that, no reason to go back there again.
