Excellent Hotel, Big rooms, Good Smart TV, Excellent Internet. Excellent Beds, Silent, Flexible Staff. Restaurant could be better, only offers cold meals during the day.

Third floor room. Windows without any sound isolation. The traffic from the street outside was very audible and the ticking from the pedestrian crossing was extremely loud and annoying in night time.

Good for what it is.

Service was good, rooms were decent and location was good and free parking outside the hotel. Unfortunately the Scottish Pub was closed due to Covid.

You cannot breath because of the food smell in the

Nice hotel, good location, and very good breakfast, but the hotel rooms are located over a Pizza restaurant. The smell of the food in the room is unbearable. We smelled like fried onion. We stored our coats in our car to spear them from stinking. We could not even open the window since more food smell would come in. I will never use this hotel again!

Vacant front desk reception

No one was at reception and we had to find someone who was cleaning the bar to come out and check us in. There are no phones in the room; so you couldn't call the front desk for messages.

Potentialen finns hÀr!

Tredje gĂ„ngen vi bor hĂ€r pĂ„ ett Ă„r, och konstigt nog var första gĂ„ngen den bĂ€sta, trots att de var mitt i renovering dĂ„. Förra gĂ„ngen saknades det smĂ„handdukar pĂ„ rummet, men jag trodde bara det var ett misstag. Det var det inte. Det Ă€r ocksĂ„ ganska mĂ€rkligt med nĂ€stan en hel Rituals-butik i reception/lobby, men i badrummet finns numera endast en tvĂ„l/duschgel vid handfatet, som du ska komma ihĂ„g att ta med dig in i duschen-och ut igen. I övrigt Ă€r rummet bra. Dock avloppslukt i korridoren vid hissen. Turligt nog mindes vi att man behöver en kod för att komma in pĂ„ hotellet kvĂ€llstid-men vi hade inte fĂ„tt den sĂ„ fick frĂ„ga efter den. Den var inte skriven pĂ„ vĂ„r nyckelkorthĂ„llare och det nĂ€mndes inte vid incheckning. Frukosten kan behöva lite kĂ€rlek, framförallt pĂ„ brödsidan. Sen bör man nog sĂ€tta en liten etikett pĂ„ cornflakesbehĂ„llarna, för nĂ€r jag Ă„r frukost misslyckades 8 av 10 med att fĂ„ ut nĂ„got för de inte förstod hur man gjorde. Det hĂ€r hotellet har sĂ„ mycket potential. Älskar hur fin frukostmatsalen blivit t ex, men det krĂ€vs mer Ă€n fina fĂ„töljer och lampor.. Vi har bott pĂ„ alla hotell i Mariestad och kommer med största sannolikhet bo hĂ€r igen, trots allt. Men lite extra charmkurs för personalen och lite mer kĂ€rlek behövs...
