This is a newly updated 1600 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 Baths. Both bathrooms beatiufilly tiled, equipped with towels & bath tissue. Large foyer/ common area, washer & dryer available for guest.
Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishwasher & coffee bar, that is stocked with coffee maker, k-cups variety, sugar & creamer. Guests will have their own private driveway, bring your toys (boats,trailers) there’s plenty of space!

Short Weekend Away

Our short weekend stay at Ambyr’s home was wonderful. She graciously accepted our three dogs after our original host had to cancel (due to unexpected circumstances). The house and the property were wonderful. Our dogs loved that there was much to explore. By Saturday evening, they were wiped out! The house is within a short driving distance to so many attractions and it’s also been recently updated . We would definitely recommend!

Quiet, peaceful spot.

We needed a place for a week while attending a family member's milestone birthday/family reunion. Our host was quickly responsive. The house has every amenity you could wish for, and was a nice blend of traditional and modern decor. Definitely would come here again. Big thank you to our host!

Wonderful place!

What a gem! We were so pleased to find such a lovely home that is beautifully set up and had everything we needed. It’s spacious and almost like having two houses in one. With one bedroom and bath on a slightly lower level it allows for a somewhat private living space, which was a nice bonus. The interior is very nicely done. It’s a great blend of some older aspects of the house and a few pieces of older furniture that’s surrounded by other updated furniture, decor, bedding and towels. Just a perfect mix. The location is great, easy to find, and the host was absolutely wonderful with communication. We will be back! Thank you!

Great Place, especially if you are fishing

This place is as advertised. We had a fishing tournament at Oneida which was about a 45 minute drive, then at Otisco on Sunday. We have plenty of room to park 6 truck and boats. There was room for more. The home had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Home away from home

This home met my expectations and standards. It is very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything that one would hope to find when away from home. We loved the quietness of the area and enjoyed the comfy living room with the dining area. The host was prompt at answering text messages. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.

I rented this home for my children, their spouses and infant grandson. this is a clean and spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a very nice gas grill on the back patio. I would rent this home again.

Great stay

I personally enjoyed this property as a outdoormens I didn’t know what my wife booked for me the house was very nice clean inside and comfortable but outside was enjoyable and quite peaceful would love to come back for a fishing/hunting and would stay in this house again great location to the lake and places to eat even if you just want a quite weekend getaway this place would fit the bill

Exactly what was promised.

The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bbq and sitting by the fire pit at night. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. My entire family was pleased by the amount of space we had. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we plan on staying again in the fall. The hosts were wonderful!!!!! Thank you.

Beautiful, Quiet Location!

This rental was spacious and peaceful! We came to town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to come back and relax with a campfire. It was so quiet and beautiful! Tim was also very responsive! Thank you for sharing your home Tim!

Nice and quiet

We found the house to be exactly as advertised clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet spot to relax. We were out of town for a hockey tournament so there was 8 guys staying in the house. The two showers allowed us to get cleaned up quickly between games and we never ran out of hot water in the showers which is huge when you need a shower. When we are back in the area again we will definitely check the availability of the property.
