This charming spacious luxury apartment with a plunge pool is right in the heart of Marigot Bay, close to the beach and all the facilities. The architecture is a fusion of local Creole & French heritage.This villa features two large bedrooms and is fully air conditioned. Walking distance to 4 waterside restaurants, supermarket, the beach, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because the location, the views, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families, and business travelers.

The space
This luxury apartment has two spacious bedroom with ensuite baths, gourmet kitchen, large living room leading to your own private plunge pool and balcony overlooking Marigot Bay. It is less than a 2 minute walk to all restaurants and amenities in the bay. Located adjacent to the Marigot Bay Hotel & Marina with both a supermarket and bank next door. Land and water taxis can be arrange upon demand. Marigot Bay is also a port of entry and many boat excursion are available nearby.

Free parking available steps away from this property with separate entrance. Spacious balcony with private plunge pool overlooking the bay is the best way to spend an afternoon. Across the street is the entrance to the Marigot Bay Hotel & Marina where you will find shops, supermarket, bank and other amenities. It is only a 2 minute walk thru our botanical garden to our waterside restaurant Chateau Mygo House of Seafood where we guests enjoy a 15% discount. We serve breakfast lunch and dinner and boast an all night Happy Hour at Chateau Mygo Hurricane Hole Bar! We also operate a sailing charter company that offers private sailing cruises which departs from Marigot Bay.

Other things to note
All our guests receive a 15% discount on our entire menu during their stay at Chateau Mygo House of Seafood. We do breakfast lunch and dinner as well as our famous Chateau Mygo Hurricane Hole bar where it is Happy Hour all night long! We have live music and dancing weekly and the best local food in the bay!
In addition we also operate a sailing charter company and offer private cruises along the west coast of the island. We have our Flagship Catamarans or our Sailing Yachts available. Book a lobster dinner cruise or charter the vessel for the day. The best way to see the Pitons is by sea. Our guest receive discounted prices on all our cruises.
