Excellent service

This is our second time staying at the Ibis. The service was so good the first time, we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is nice. Most of all, the staff are helpful, friendly, and very professional.

O Hotel é muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitas variedades e opções. Possui restaurante interno que facilita as refeições do hóspede. É perto do Shopping Esmeralda. E as funcionárias Tania, Ana, Alice e Jenifer fazem um atendimento com muita simpatia.

Quatro limpo, cama e chuveiro muito bons. A localização é excelente. Tem mercado, farmácia e shopping, tudo bem perto. Atendentes muito educados. A única coisa que falta para mim é o café da manhã estar incluso na estadia, como nos outros hotéis.
