Spanning 210 square meters across three floors, this new property offers the perfect retreat for your dream vacation - stunning sunsets and sunrises, private indoor swimming pool, sauna, big terrace.
Situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, this villa is just few steps from the beach, local restaurants, a boat dock, a markets...ensuring everything you need is at your fingertips.

The 210 m2 charming villa has accommodation capacity for six people - three fully furnished bedrooms, two with double beds are located on the top floor, one bedroom is on ground floor. Top bedroom have own balcony from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Every room have full bathroom with variety of accessories such as hair dryers, towels, soap.

The first floor has a spacious living room, big smart TV, kitchen, dining area and laundry room with washing machine and dryer and one bathroom just for this floor.
On the large terrace of 80 m2 is outside dining table from where you can enjoy the view of the bay. There is also an outdoor BBQ.
The ground floor have wellness room with sauna and small heated indoor swimming pool where you can fully indulge in all the pleasures of wellness relaxation in privacy but also if you prefer with a beautiful sunset view from patio and sun loungers. On ground floor is also one bathroom.

Location of house provide the sun all day long, from morning sunrise to afternoon sunset.
In the front of villa there is a parking space for car, but also dock for boat up to 10 m lenght.

First time in Croatia

This was our first time in Croatia and this location was by far the best we’ve stayed in during our trip! Ivan was great and his restaurant next door is wonderful! He was a great host and even hooked us up with a boat ride during our stay that was so much fun! This place is just as described and more! Beautiful home and location! I would stay here again and recommend it to others! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
