Clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was awesome I like the hours. Breakfast ended till 10:00 AM. The swimming pool was heated no hot tube.

The shower head had a problem one of the hooks for the towels was stripped from the wall.... The people at the front desk need some personality training... and fee to park in the parking lot of the hotel seems a little ridiculous!

Based on our stay, Pros: Clean, updated rooms, well-equipped fitness center, walkable to Marina State Beach, easy highway access to Monterey and Salinas, reasonably priced. Cons: Pool heater wasn't working - still allowed to use pool, but water didn’t look clean. Hot breakfast items were room temperature and dry. Parking was plentiful but there's a $10/day charge in a location that doesn’t look touristy and needing public demand for parking. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and based on price and convenience we'd stay there again.
