The front desk night shift was nice and fast. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was actually good, the egg was real good. Just what we needed to sleep and eat and continue our trip.

staff very rude and unconcerned. my cardwas over charged with out any explanation of why I was being over charged asked for a recipt of the details and was never given a recipt of extra charges. stayed at hotel for over 3 days and asked for manager to help with over charges never seen a manager was told every time that the manger was out office and they did not know when they would return I even left a note and no one even tried to reach out to me. Had to file a dispute with my bank to recieve the $125 that was charged extra in bill. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Maybe if we had gone to breakfast at 6:30 a.m. it would have been better and maybe even more choices. We ate about 9:45. The parking seemed safe enough. The traffic at Mi Pueblo and Colton's Steakhouse seemed to help that feeling we had.
