The night I checked in I was given a room in the North tower. The room had a wet musty oder upon walking in. The walk-in shower had minimal light and the floor was cracked. They just used some grout to fix. I went to the front desk to advise them of this. The lady was very accommodating and changed me to the south tower. The south tower was better, Until it wasn’t. After I woke up and was laying my clothes out. I noticed a black spot on the bed. Upon further inspection it was a baby roach. I call the front desk immediately and they had me pack my stuff and move the Atrium. This room was nice but honestly I was over it. 3 rooms with a 24 hour period is a bit much. I felt like I couldn’t get settled because I didn’t know what other surprises were going to show up. I will not be staying at this establishment in the future. The restaurant in the casino Roxy’s the food was a joke. 37.00 for food fried in old grease and no flavor. I was able to get my money back for that. Overall I wasn’t happy. Others may have had a better experience but based on what I experienced I would not recommend this hotel.
