requested non smoking room but got one anywas. Rooms are dated for the price, leaking around toilet base, broken safe, broken microwave. The hotel staff all acted like they would rather be anywhere else like we were a bother to them and not much help. Had 2 request to front desk and they never came. Casino was fine but came more for the hotel and resort to relax. Leaving not too excited after $200 dollars for a room that smelt like smoke. Really didnt notice it until settled in. Thought maybe thats just the way room was. But then found the ashtray.

The gator show was very nice; movie theater was nice. Staff was quiet, would like to have the room serviced daily but was not bad that they were not, just had to ask for Towels each day. need an adult pool that is nicer without the kids, being older trying to take time away from kids and grandkids. Food was not the best and was price, the Legens Stake house was great and fair priced for how nice it was. Had not been to that part of Louisiana in 30 years, was a nice trip and a good place to stay

We love the indoor pool. We had a blast. It was very clean and the food (Roxies and the Wok)was absolutely delicious..we will definitely return.

It was very clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke. We haven't been to this property in several years due to all bad reviews. Our room was very clean. Indoor pool was wonderful. Restaurants were great. Looking forward to a return visit.
