Geldiğimiz gibi odamız hazırdı beklemeden odamıza geçtik oda geniş ferahtı ve konforluydu banyo temizdi oda kahvaltı şeklinde aldık kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı gibi çeşit boldu ve lezzetliydi çok özenilmişti biz çok beğendik bir daha avşaya gelirsek tercihimiz bu Tatlış sevimli yürekli otel olacaktır

Temiz, güzel konum, küçük oda

Haftasonu kaçamağı için geldik. Konum gayet iyi merkezde. Resepsiyondayken odaya çıkmadan önce odamızı kontrol ettiler ve bu sürece bize içecek ikram ederek gayet güler yüzle karşıladılar. Fakat odaya çıktığımızda oda fotoğraftakiler ile alakalı değildi. Bu konuda fotoğraftaki gibi bir beklentiniz olmasın. Temizlik olarak bir sorun yok gayet temizdi fakat oda çok küçüktü ve klima eski olduğu için soğutmuyordu. Akşam 8 civarlarında soğuk sular kesildi kaynar su ile elimizi yıkamak zorunda kaldık ama sanırım bu Avşa genelinde bir sorundu. Son eleştirim olarak dışarıda mekanlarda bile 0.5l su otel lobisinden daha ucuz :)

Aile işletmesi şeklinde olan bu butik oteli çok beğendik. En önemli kriterimiz temizlikti ve gerçekten tertemizdi. Saçma sağan tipte insanlar olmadığından aile ile gidilebilecek bir yer olduğunu düşünüyoruz.Halk plajının arkasında kalıyor denize yakınlık olarak konumu çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı dahil olarak almıştık, fiyat-performans olarak baktığımızda o da yeterliydi. Tekrar Avşa’ya gelirsem ki gelmeyi düşünüyorum yine buraya gelirim

Fotoğraflarda daha lüks ve geniş görünüyor, ne yazık ki öyle değil. Temizlik fena değil ancak günlük temizlik yok. Hizmet kalitesi Avşa adasında genel olarak düşük seviyede. Restoranlarda da kaliteli ve konforlu bir hizmet ne yazık ki yok. Konfor çok kötü, yatak ne yazık ki rahat değil ve duş bi değişik :)
