Villa with 50 m Pool

Denizati is one of four delightful detached cottages each set in their own garden but sharing a stunning 50 metre long pool - yes really Olympic length! the views are wonderful from every direction. The villa has its own pool area in front of a private terrace which also contains its own 'cardak', a shady pergola-like structure designed for al-fresco eating. Opening out onto this terrace is a fully equipped kitchen containing a full-size cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. The stone -tiled living room is comfortably furnished with Turkish-style divans and an open fireplace. Wonderful views to the mountains or the Caunos rock tombs. Great fully equipped kitchen. Good size villa and lovely semi rural location. Private and shared length swimming pool. 10 mins scenic walk into town. Excellent communication from host and Dondu , the local property manager. This was our second stay and we had a great time

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The communication with the host was always quick and professional. Dondu who hosts you at the villa is wonderful. Dalyan is a beautiful town. Check was easy as Dondu met us at the property.

Fantastic as always, wally the owner great communication and Dondu who manages the villa spot on, can't fault them, will be back !!Bit of a walk into town in the heat but taxis only 200 lire, villa is close to the Saturday market and the far end of town, which has now a good selection of cafes and restaurants.

Dalyan Trip

The week's stay was brilliant. The owner and local host were great , excellent comms, we knew the area from last year but explored more this year. Our flight in was delayed by 2 hours but the host still greeted us at 2am in the morning. Can't beat that service can you? Taxi transfers were top notch. We'll be back.

Beautiful relaxing villa

Villa Denizati is like home from home, it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The villa was very clean and the host was very welcoming. The pool is a great size and having your own little section is perfect. I will definitely be recommending the villa to my friends and family.

2nd Visit

Stayed in May and then again in July , 7 of us. Got to know a fair few people in a short space of time. Great 10 days away, Discover Dalyan was a fantastic allday trip ÂŁ100 for 7 of us including lunch. Mud baths was an experience. Dalyan is a great place and the villa was great Dondu who always looks after you from the time you arrive until the day you leave, Walter thank you again for using your villa 2nd time round. The kids loved the pool. Will be back next July. Kind Regards

The Nest of Dalyan

It was wonderful experience staying in that beautiful place in Dalyan!! Im so grateful that was the fantastic house with it`s own private pool and well maintained landscape as well as the house itself for my family and it was first time we were all together during holidays due to my short trip to Turkiye. Also I indeed appreciate Ms. Dondu who is phenomenal to help out, available 24 hrs, gave us a ride, for any questions to make this place way more convenient and so on. All in all I will recommend strongly if you have any chance to stay there, which is one of the best place that I ever enjoyed staying. Thank you very much for everything.

Great location

A lovely villa in a great location overlooking fields and hills, very private. All facilities necessary, comfy beds. Help always at hand from Dondi down the road. A 15 min walk into town. Totally recommend

Quiet accommodation away from the crowd

Small complex of 4 villas spaced alongside a long narrow pool. A good 15 minute flat walk to the centre of town, quiet location with fields to front and back. Ample accommodation for 4 persons, roof bedroom has a low ceiling and is v hot. Suitable for children but accessible by a steep boat type ladder. Traditional, not fancy ,but good for a quiet holiday.

Lovely property, great pool, nice mountain and farm land view. Checkin and out was good and local property manager was very helpful. Nice peaceful location, but a little far to walk to centre for kids, in the heat. I was hoping to do some work but internet limited in speed and consultancy. Ok for simple browsing and streaming utube mostly

Great location for village.

Walter was great and in touch as soon as we booked, the information for the villa was very good. When a the villa Dondu was really good and always there to answer questions and book taxis when needed. Villa is all about the pool and we used it as much as we could. We went out most nights and Yeners place was very good for both Gf and vegetarian. Still in love with Dalyan.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit kleinen MĂ€ngeln. An einigen Stellen (Schlafzimmer)muss dringend renoviert werden -der Putz fĂ€llt von den WĂ€nden und es zeigt sich erster Schimmel . Aber es hat unserer Erholung keinen Abbruch getan . DöndĂŒ die Verwalterin hat dafĂŒr gesorgt das es uns an nichts fehlt . Leider gab es im Nachgang Unstimmigkeiten-Geld das von uns fĂŒr den Tranfer auf den KĂŒhlschrank gelegt wurde ist nicht mehr zu finden ? Sehr Schade und hinterlĂ€sst bei uns ein komisches GefĂŒhl . Aber auch da war DöndĂŒ mit uns im Austausch . Vielen Dank dafĂŒr !!! Fazit : Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen ❀

Super gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Kindern in diesem Objekt in der TĂŒrkei. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt und es war ein mehr als gelungener Urlaub. Die Kommunikation verlief nett, freundlichen und immer zeitnah. Abholung vom Flughafen verlief ohne Komplikationen, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich.sogar GetrĂ€nke waren gekĂŒhlt,fĂŒr den ersten Verzehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar,zu angenehmen Preisen. Wunderschöne AusflĂŒge in der Umgebung möglich,die mehr als gelungen sind und der ganzen Familie Spaß machen. Wir vergeben gerne 5 Sterne und kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen lieben Dank fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub.

Dalyan is een leuke plaats met veel plekken die je kan bezichtegen . Woning zelf heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud in en omde villa maar daar ga ik verder niet op in. Prijs is voor deze villa nog redelijk Anderhalve week waren wij de enige in de 4 villas die hier 1 grote zwembad delen dat was wel lekker Manager DondĂŒ is een hele aardige vrouw die altijd te bereiken is voor vragen of andere dingen ze heeft meerdere dingen voor ons geregeld waaronder een prive tour met boot waar we erg van hebben genoten daar bedanken we haar voor en hopen in de toekomst nogmaals haar te zien.

Relaxing get away

Wonderful Villa and location close to the town with many supermarkets for all our needs. Very friendly people who cannot do enough for you from the greeting on arrival by the lovely Dondu to the transfer drivers our stay was amazing. Beautiful pool and surrounding garden very private and safe. Villa well equiped for a relaxing break away from the busy life, great wifi to keep in touch when required. We look forward to returning next year.

Perfect pool

The villa is about a 15min walk to town and it was great coming back and getting in the pool to cool off. Although it is shared with 3 other villas, the owners of 2 of them were happy for us to swim up and down the full length of it. Very nice neighbours too. Villa itself has everything needed and Dondu is always nearby if needed. Air con was a godsend at night too.

A great Family getaway

We had the time best time at Villa with my cousins and their kids! Dondu the property manager was very accommodating and Thomas was very good at communicating before our stay! The villas were at the end of a road so it was very quite and private.

5* villa - lovely owner

Not a bad word to say about this lovely villa! The owner Wally was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process of booking. Döndû the lady who checks you in on the other side was so sweet and we could want for nothing! Overall the villa is perfect the pool is amazing the neighbours were so friendly - we really felt at home here. We will defiantly be back next year!

Lovely house in Dalyan

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood 15 mins walk from town. Clean and tidy, overlooking fields front and back. Excellent pool and gardens, chairs, sunbeds etc. Manager Dondu is a lovely helpful lady, good communication, as well as owner Wally. The house was cleaned every day. Transfers were spot on. If you know Dalyan already as a quiet, peaceful friendly riverside town with easy access to Iztuzu beach by boat or bus, you should try this out. Highly recommended, would come again.

Dalyan escape

The Villa has the best of both worlds in Dalyan. A haven near countryside but close enough to walk to the town & the river. And the best pool in Dalyan.

amazing pool

Very helpful owner and manager, we were the only guests of the four villas so had pool to ourselves. Villa a little on small side for 6 plus guests, but who wants to be inside, lovely gardens, glad of the bikes to cycle to town, otherwise a 20 minute walk, but good position lovely views of mountains, would defiantly go back, good value for money.
