It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, and is most comfortable for 8 adults in four private bedrooms, with additional sleeping space available for children. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms (one with a small child-size futon), a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, ideal for kids or teens.

The home offers two separate living areas. One is a big cozy family room designed for movie nights and relaxing evenings, which includes a large couch suitable for children to sleep on. The second is a bright living space with beautiful views, open to the kitchen and dining area, creating an inviting setting for gathering, cooking, and sharing meals while staying connected.

Outside, the expansive riverfront deck is a true highlight. Enjoy meals with a view, watch the kids jump off the dock, or unwind as the sun sets over the river. While best suited for one or two people cooking at a time, it has everything needed for comfortable, efficient meal prep. A BBQ will be added in spring for the summer season, perfect for outdoor meals and warm-weather evenings.
