Everything was perfect and the place was very nice except for the morning when staff was knocking on all doors for checkouts at 9 AM. I’ve never had that happen before I felt rushed.

I am sorry your felt rushed and suggest utilizing the Do Not Disturb sign, however, I will talk to housekeeping manager to see how we can change our procedures to so guests don't have the same feeling you had during your stay. Decent Place

The hotel was very nice, the elevator smelled funny at first when we used it. The rooms were okay not the best. Could be updated in the future. But was good for a night to sleep. The pool was amazing though! Kids loved it.

We had some issues with guests that did not take our "No smoking policy" seriously but have now changed our protocols to address this sooner to avoid "funny smells." Dog friendly, very conveniently located, great staff and service, will definitely stay again sometime.

Being a dog friendly hotel makes our student staff members miss their pets a little less when we get to interact with our visiting puppies. Location is perfect if you want to do a walking tour of downtown and explore the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Clean room and comfortable beds. No elevator to 2nd floor, which was not a problem for us, but could be difficult for someone with limited mobility. Our room overlooked the pool, which was nice, but got rather noisy into the evening. The noise did stop around 10:30 and we were able to sleep well afterward.

Pool side party

It's not the newest hotel or the fanciest hotel in Marquette but it certainly checks all the boxes for whatever it is you need. Restaurant, check, Bar, Check, Pool, check, Hot Tub, check, walking distance of just about everything in Marquette, mostly check.

Wi-Fi password was wrong for entire hotel but they figured it out within 6 hours Bed was way too soft couldn’t sleep for both of us. I’m sure its a preference not an issue with hotel
