Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Marquise for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

First floor:
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with bunk bed (sleeps 3)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is ideally located in Marquise, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Calais, about 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Lille, about 120 km away

- Baby equipment available on request, at extra charge

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A supplement of 5€/hour will be charged.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- In the event of damage to the accommodation, the deposit will be retained at the end of your stay.
