Should be named ‘the totally lacking Property’
Pro: good air con, clean bedroomsCons: dirty pool, kitchen lacks everything (kettle, decent pans, toaster etc), not so much as salt to use, opened the washing machine to find a mouldy towel, dirty soap drawer and mould in the seals. No soap, no hairdryer, no bbq, parking at the front of the estate (not next to the villa), no info given about the facilities that may or may not (we’ll never know) be available in the nearby hotel. Outside area is dirty (table stuck in bushes is covered in bird faeces), no play equipment (table tennis table bats stuck to table and no ball, no other bats etc other than a few broken items), egg chair(no cushion) upstairs roof terrace has a pile of broken furniture and no cushions. Cats being fed on site trying to get inside the villa every time the door was open (thankfully we aren’t allergic) Wheel fell off one of the cheap uncomfortable sun beds. The owner will ignore all your complaints and then when you complain after says you should have complained at the time or left and gone elsewhere (in Morocco!) The property is much further out of Marrakesh than it states, the property is listed as AG14 Piscine Chauffee elsewhere online, where many bad reviews can be found. It is also more expensive than other properties we saw (we even cancelled a cheaper one we had booked as we thought this was a new and well equipped villa so would be worth the extra- it was the opposite) please read all the other reviews before you consider booking, be warned.
