The location is great if you like the hustle and bustle- very close to transportation in and out of the city as well. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely.

The staff were so accommodating couldn’t do more than enough for you, perfect location, & very safe the room was a little dark, we had to keep the curtains close, people walking by could see in. Would I stay again, yes for a few days

The biggest let down of this property are the bedrooms.1 low wattage ceiling light, extremely dark. No cupboards. Bathroom was tiny and really dated. Toilet seat kept moving off the bowl. Sink and shower drains would fill up and slow to drain. Not enough sockets, extension lead hanging over our head on the bed. Breakfast was very basic, pastries not fresh and the only good thing was the fresh omelettes. Its a shame really, as besides the bedroom, the hotel corridors, reception, spa are beautifully designed and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again, if the bedrooms were refurbished with more amenities in them amd a modern bathroom.

The hotel and room are lovely and clean. Staff are always helpful. Area is within the medina so very busy, but clean and safe to walk around. Would stay here again. Be aware there is no hair dryer in standard rooms

Quite a disappointing stay. This riad was not at all as described. Very over priced for what you got. We did not have hot water or water draining in shower until almost last day. Very basic room. However it is a good location if you want to be in the Medina. The staff and service was very good, the food in restaurant was good.

Both our room and the public facilities were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The Palais Moulay is conveniently located inside the Medina but only about 1 minute walk to the gate so very easy for transfers, tours etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again.

excellent location

check in took a bit long but the receptionist was very friendly. he explained everything well and even helped us planning our days. pool was excellent, beautiful and couldnt ask for anything more. bar staff were amazing, they remembered my order - guest recognition! this is very important and i was absolutely stunned! however you can hear everyone walking around at night or early mornings; my room was 114 and i could hear staff cleaning and preparing their stations and utensils at night time (10pm around) which was a bit annoying. breakfast was good. small but they have everything you want.

A lovely stay to finish our trip in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, particularly the pool area and the staff are very attentive. It was great to kick back and relax and have the option to have food and drinks at the poolside. The location is great, a short walk from a taxi drop off point, as well as being very close to the wonderful souks and shops. We felt very safe staying here! It is much larger than the other riads we stayed on during our trip, that were a little more peaceful. But still felt like a calm oasis just off the busy streets.

The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They have good choices of food for breakfast. I love the Moroccan vibe/style of the hotel. Hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to the night market. Overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful Riad, however my room (109) was close to the staff entrance. Staff coming on shift early morning, chatted with each other, which wakened me up. Room was spacious but the box which was the clothes hanging area was too small and shabby. The room needs a fridge, to keep bottled water chilled.
