Fabulous holiday . Staff were amazing esp Zainab who helped us a lot through out our stay and Mohsen from reception with his smily face and welcoming attitude . Room was spacious and service was great . Great location near Sahet El Fenaa and El Hassira restaurant . We had a lovely time and Looking to going back again .

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast option. Lovely hotel. Rooms could be slightly better I terms of quality but none the a fabulous stay and really happy with it. If I’m back in Marrakesh I’ll stay here again

Staff are very friendly, great location. Room size is really big but we had some issues with the room, the electricity kept cutting out but they fixed it very quickly every time. Would recommend for them to add a full length mirror and extra lighting in the front room as it’s pretty dark but understandably it’s a Riad. Restaurant has decent food but only downside there’s a cat in the restaurant. Breakfast was ok, I went at 9am and food was already cold. Overall the Road, is very pretty in the reception area and pool area and would recommend due to the staff and location.

What could be improved is the step in and out of bathroom room 126 … too high and dangerous, one traveller slipped and nearly knocked themselves unconscious with fall on marble floor , 2 others slipped badly. Was reported but no satisfactory response Health & safety ????? Apart nice central hotel , pleasant staff , reasonable breakfast and easy access to square & tourist things. Best suited 2-3 night city break stay.

Très bel hôtel ! Le personnel apporte un très bon service ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien garni. Nous avons eu un problème d’odeur dans une chambre et aussitôt ils ont trouvé la solution de nous transférer dans une nouvelle. Je conseille ce Riad très bien placé dans la médina

The stay was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful along with making sure that we were happy and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was really good lol. It’s also a great area to stay as it’s close to mostly everything.

The room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was a bit tired, but the hotel has lovely public areas. The location is excellent, step outside the quiet and calm lobby, right into the hustle and bustle . Just a 5-6 minute walk to the main square . Surrounded by great bars and restaurants
