Living Spaces| A front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea with beautiful greenery views! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet), and also a very comfy bed.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub.
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms where 1 is a double bed another with 2 single beds and another with 1 single bed. For over and above 5 guests, their is the coach.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
