Clean and economical!

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but if you travel alot you understand the convenience of breakfast in the hotel even if it isn’t spectacular. The hotel is located on a street that seems quite deserted after 7pm BUT if you walk just three blocks you will find plenty of restaurants and stores along the port.

Walking distance to everything you need and more. I had so much fun here and wish I could live here. I enjoy walking- so walking to all near by attractions only felt like under 40 ish minutes of walking. Either way, I would stay here again.

The window in my room looked out onto a stoop that looked like someone slept there or ate food. The showerhead was broken. You to hold it in your hand. And it leaked all over the place.

The hotel and staff are great, however it is very small and not in the best area - partly my fault for not choosing a quieter place. No coffee and the hairdryer shut off after 3 mins (is that a Europe thing?). It was ok for 2 nights but for longer stays, I would find something more spacious with amenities. The front desk clerks were amazing!

A fine hotel

This was a fine hotel with a widespread French hotel chain. The location was about ten minute from both the train/bus station and the Old Port, so it was great for both day trips and seeing Marseille. There are tons of cafes and Turkish fast food joints right by it.

Bonjour, j'ai effectivement essayĂ© de rĂ©server une chambre dans votre Ă©tablissement en janvier dernier pour la nuit du 23 au 24/03/25, mais je n'ai pu aboutir Ă  la conclusion car problĂšme internet. N'ayant rien reçu aprĂšs en confirmation, (comme ça se passe d'habitude) j'ai donc contactĂ© un autre hĂŽtel et lĂ  tout s'est bien passĂ© ! Avis de confirmation bien reçu ainsi qu'une quinzaine de jours avant mon arrivĂ©e, j'ai reçu un petit rappel, me disant que j'avais jusqu'au 21/03 pour annuler... Toujours rien de votre part depuis le dĂ©but. J'ai donc bien pensĂ© que mon 1er contact n'avait pas abouti. Je rentre donc sur Marseille comme prĂ©vu le 23/03/25 et le lendemain par le train, je rentre sur Bordeaux. En regardant mon compte bancaire, je constate que j'ai Ă©tĂ© dĂ©bitĂ©e de 69€ pour ma nuit du 23/03/25 chez vous !!! J'avoue que je ne comprends pas... Comment pouvais-je savoir que mon 1er essai de rĂ©servation s'Ă©tait confirmĂ© comme par magie ? Peut-ĂȘtre aurais-je dĂ» ĂȘtre plus vigilante ? Je suis vraiment trĂšs déçue. J'ai pourtant l'habitude d'aller dans les hĂŽtels B&B et c'est bien la 1Ăšre fois que ça m'arrive....DĂ©solĂ©e
