At 3kms from Martel, you will be close to all amenities, you can also visit many sights: Rocamadour at 20kms, Padirac 20kms, Lacave 17kms, close to the valley of the Dordogne...On the ground floor, dining room with fireplace/kitchenette, small library lounge (1 extra bed 2 pl). On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 1,40m, 1 cot), bathroom, wc. On the 2nd floor in the pigeon house, access is by a steep staircase, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m). Outside, 2 terraces, parasol garden furniture, shaded grounds, wooded (730 m2). Options on request: baby equipment (15€/week), household linens, toilet linens.Mixed fuel, wood and electric heating.
