One of the side door has a broken lock. Anyone could have easy access to the building and that make me very scared and especially for my family. The outside perimeters was very dirty. The inside carpet looks worn-out and old.

Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsThe toilet seat didn't fit the toilet then came off where it was bolted. The towel bar came out of wall. Towels were shot. This place needs renovation work badly. Luckily we only spent 1 night. Only junky fast food places near by.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The most unfriendly and unprofessional looking staff with dirty clothes on the front desk, the front lobby with visible dirt everywhere, both the stairs and the elevator are dusty and unclean, the corridor to the room I stayed on the second floor is visibly dirty and smells like a place that has been closed for long, in the room dark stained old toilet, very loud not working air fan, etc. I will never recommend this place. It is simply a lie to even call it a Quality Inn.
