Great people quiet helpful great parking 2 cars nice pool clean rooms great tv air con walk to everything.

People living in the unit next door very noisy late in the day , unit very dated .Smoke alarm had been removed from the room

David, Sorry you felt this way, and it is our hope that all guests have a wonderful time. I am however unsure, as upon inspection the smoke alarm was intact and operational? and in the future for your safety and that of others if you have this concern especially, I implore you to speak with reception immediately as we would do everything in our power to ensure this is rectified or you are shown the operational equipment. I am unsure of the noise issue and upon looking at the guest list near your room we had an older single gentleman on 1 side and a family with smaller children on the other..... sometimes guests with small children can be a little louder, although nothing was reported to reception and we did not seem to be alerted to anything untoward. Again David should you have concerns about your comfort please advise reception as it is always our goal to ensure you are happy and comfortable. We hope the remainder of your travels were good and you arrived at your destination safely.
