Bayview on Goodyear Lake. Close to Cooperstown Dream Park & All Star Village. <br><br>

Bayview is a small two story cottage right on the shore of Goodyear Lake. Beautiful views of the lake morning noon and night. Bayview has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a sleeping porch with two twins. One full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. heat if needed is supplied by a gas Franklin stove centrally located in the living room. The enclosed porch is where the TV is and will be where you spend your leisure time looking out over the lake. Have a cookout after taking a swim. Bayview has a large floating dock and Kayak rentals are located near by. Cooperstown Dreams Park is located 9.5 miles away on the same road so its an easy 13 minute commute. All Star Village is even closer. There is also a large mowed field perfect for Baseball or Soccer. We also rent Pontoon Boats by the week that you can keep right at the dock or bring your own boat.

It was wonderful! Drinking coffee on the sunporch was the perfect beginning to each day. Central to Cooperstown and oneonta and all the ballpark activities was perfect. It was a wonderful respite for a busy week. I would absolutely stay again.

Close to Cooperstown

Absolutely loved our stay! The house is adorable and the location was perfect! So relaxing to spend some time on the lake in between games. 12 minutes straight shot to the field. The owners are amazing and live right down the street! They let our boys borrow fishing gear and took us for a boat ride. Would definitely stay again 😊

Great stay for Cooperstown and Dream Park

Clean, well stocked lake house. Enjoyed coffee in the morning and relaxed in the eventing in the sunroom facing the beautiful lake. Upstairs bedroom air conditioner kept room cool enough for pleasant sleeping. Hosts were close by if needed. Easy 15 minute drive right up the road to Dream Park and another 15 to Cooperstown.

Ideal camp cottage on the lake!

The cottage was centrally located on Goodyear Lake, making exploring the area by boat very easy. The property was also easily reached from the main road - no winding around on tiny roads through the woods. The owners were very accessible if needed, and were extremely courteous and helpful in the booking process. If you want a classic cottage right on the lake with a stunning lake view, this is the place for you!

Cleanliness

Two spiders in my daughters bed when we first arrived. Main level was fine. The second floor with the bedrooms were not. Spider webs in most top corners and could not turn on lights at night or bugs would fly around the light. Couldn’t even read with a book light without bugs flying in my book.

Week at Cooperstown

Fantastic 2 bedroom property with amazing lake charm and an incredible view out back. Great neighbors to the right and left. Perfect location for both Cooperstown parks. 15 mins away from both. We would definitely go back!

Great Cooperstown Rental

This lake house is great for a Cooperstown family. We had so much fun on the lake in between games! It is less than 15 minutes to All Star village. Great swimming lake!

Location and lake made our baseball wk easier and enjoyable.

We felt fortunate to have had this home to return to at the end of the day, the week was exciting, memorable and exhausting. This home was a sanctuary from the buzz of All Star Village. We were <15m from either park and we ended up being one of the closer families to grab things or make multiple trips to get things for the team. Life saver, as some families went for bigger homes 30+ min away and that can wear on you. Oh and there is AC upstairs - fans for other rooms - lake breeze too. As a west coaster the humidity was crushing - AC allowed for restful nights.

Charming lake house

Great location, 10 miles to Dream Park Cooperstown, traffic was never an issue. Great view of Lake Goodyear, spent most of our time sitting outside or on deck enclosed porch to enjoy views - great for relaxing and spending time in the lake. Portable AC upstairs was adequate and kept us cool while sleeping. Owners were super friendly, lived close by and quick to respond if we needed anything. A Great Lake experience !

Great Loxation

Perfect house for baseball families. Found it convenient to all star village. Would be even more convenient to Dreams Park. Great to have the lake to wake up to and enjoy in baseball downtime. Made the week much more enjoyable.

Very cozy! The view of the lake was amazing

The house was very cozy. The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful. The owner was very nice, he was right there if you needed anything. Great location you can get to Wal-Mart in 10 minutes if you needed anything, plus alot of other stores. There is a great winery right up the road. Make sure you check out Brooks bbq it was the best bbq I have had in a long time. Overall it was a very great place to stay for a vacation, very relaxing, we are so glad we found this place.

Perfect small lake house

This is a great little property! We stayed here with four people and had plenty of space. The sleeping porch is upstairs, so the large downstairs porch is a great communal space. The kitchen is small, but well appointed. The lake is great for kayaking. The location was very convenient to the Dreams Baseball facility.
