Wonderful stay in Mashpee

Our family of eight adults had a wonderful stay in Mashpee! Vlad and Miri were excellent hosts - communication was very easy and the house was clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time on the patio and exploring the nearby marina and Popponesset Island.

We stayed here with 4 couples and two preteens. The house was exactly as pictured, and super clean. Beds were comfy. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. The front patio was perfect for a cookout. Would stay again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great neighborhood with serene surroundings. House was spacious, clean and inviting. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. The host was very responsive. Great vacation spot near beaches, lakes, bike/walking trails, breweries, and Mashpee Commons.

Great house for extended family

My three siblings and I, spouses, children, and my elderly father all stayed here. It had something for everyone--one floor living for my elderly Dad, booster chair for my 3 year old niece, X-Box console for my 22 year old nephews, and everything in-between.

Our family of 9 recently stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding. The house was clean and neat when we arrived, and the outdoor zen garden exuded a very peaceful vibe. The lights at night were beautiful! The owner was very responsive which was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Great house

The house was fabulous! We had some issues with the door lock, and eventually had to change the batteries in the lock. I tried contacted the owner but may have not done it correctly on the app, so we had to figure it out for ourselves. But once we got that straightened out, everything was great. Lots of room for my husband and I, and my 2 sisters and their kids.

Cape getaway

The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the air destinations that we enjoyed the facilities themselves provided everything we needed for a restful stay. The facility had resources for the beach and other things as well. There is one issue I’d like to highlight that involved the garbage which was left over from a previous tenant that over night was knocked over onto the lawn that I was asked to pick up by the property owner. I think there could be a better way to deal with that in the future.

Time with family

We loved spending our vacation in this beautiful home. We made new discoveries and reconnected with the ocean after a few years away. We cooked , laughed, danced, ate, enjoyed coloring and board games, took walks, waited each evening for the garden lights, and reconnected as a family. This home gave us all of the ammenities plus! Delightful Weekend Stay

The location was perfect to house our wedding party over our amazing labor day weekend wedding! The house was spotless just like the pictures and all the bedrooms and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay for all. Upon arrival there was some confusion with the key application and Vlad was available to assist and clear up that confusion right away. We enjoyed the outdoor garden very much as the weather was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely, unique Cape Cod home

We were delighted with this home. It was tidy and spacious. There was plenty of light and a lovely view of the unique garden. We were so pleased that our small dog was welcome. Vlad communicated in detail all the necessary information related to check in, and he helped solve a minor WiFi concern. He was very responsive and prompt in communication. The location made this an easy base for day trips on the Cape with our kids. We would love to return again for a longer stay!

Property was very clean and included all amenities posted. Had an issue logging into wifi and reached out to property owner/manager who got right back to me! We stayed from Monday thru Friday and the neighborhood is soo quiet you could a pin drop. Great for walks. Especially with a dog with the park being just down the dead-end street across from the house

This place met all our expectations! After a long stay home with kids during the pandemic we enjoyed an nice long weekend with close friends while celebrating some birthdays. All we wanted was to relax and reconnect. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The jetted tub was a hit especially for ladies. The kitchen was very clean with everything we needed other than food. The grill came in handy. And the living room was spacious. All bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive if I had a question. Let’s just say this was by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. I look forward to booking this property again in the near future.

Beautiful New Year Getaway

From the very beginning, Vlad could not have been more helpful.He went above and beyond to help me with any questions that arose, the four months prior to our arrival. The place is so beautiful and in a quaint quiet area, perfect in every way. With corvid and all else going on , Vlad was very understanding of our Ups and downs, and made us feel comfortable knowing he understood and was willing to help. We have used Vbro many times, and I have to say Vlad made it the best , easiest process ever... All eight , plus our dog, were extremely happy with this wonderful find!

Nice Place

Quick family weekend on the upper Cape. This accommodation was exactly as described. Comfortably fit 6 adults & 1 toddler. Kitchen had all we needed. Would have been easier with gas grill vs charcoal but things worked out ok. The park literally across the street was a grear place for toddler to run. Neighborhood was busy but not noisey. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 and our dog enjoyed our stay at Vlad’s house. The house is very peaceful and quiet. The fenced in front yard makes the house and property feel very private. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It was clean and comfortable. A few minor points: There are 5 bedrooms, but you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to one of the bedrooms, so if you need 5 fully private bedrooms, this may not work for you. We didn’t need 5 bedrooms so this wasn’t a problem for us. Linens and bath towels were provided but we did not find any beach towels. There was a minor snafu with check-in (the house wasn’t finished being cleaned by the check-in time) so we spent an hour at Mashpee Commons while we waited. Vlad let us check out later on check out day, which was nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We’ve enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the gardens and the bike rides. Very close to the beach. We’ve also enjoyed our BBQs. The owner was very helpful and available for questions at all time. Thank you!
