Beachfront Condo at Matagorda Dunes with Pool Access

NEWLY RENOVATED 2022!

Welcome to the Beach! Our townhome is located in the gated Bahia de Matagorda community, just 7 miles from the town of Matagorda, TX. Enjoy the community pool, catch & release fishing and crabbing in the lagoon, or take a stroll over the Dunes and you’ll be on the beach!

This home is 1300 sq. ft and sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The downstairs bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower. The living area is comfortable with Dish satellite channels on a roku Hisense smart TV for streaming services. WiFi is available. The king bedroom and loft bedroom have smart TVs for use with Netflix/prime/Hulu and other streaming services. Check out the white cabinet in the living room for tons of options for family game night. Grab a book from one of the bedrooms and relax on the deck. The kitchen is well appointed with all the dishes, flatware, and cookware you will need. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher are all available for your use. Dining area has seating for 6 and the eat-in bar accommodates 3. Upstairs you will find a loft bedroom with two twin beds and a full size bed, as well as another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Check out the amazing unobstructed ocean views from the loft balcony or the large deck. A charcoal grill is provided and may only be used on the ground level.

All renters must be at least 25 years old. No smoking or vaping in or outside the house or in any of the community areas. Coin laundry and ice machine are located on the pool island. No pets. No events.

We’ve stayed at a few different condos in this complex over the years and this was by far the best one yet! Check-in was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Easy check out procedure without an exhaustive list of things to do. Views were amazing!We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Matagorda!

#46 is our new favorite stay in Matagorda. Beautifully updated, immaculate, outfitted with everything you could need! The view is the best. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean - sooo soothing. The host, Lynsey, was lovely. Great communication and so welcoming. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My 60th Birthday

The location was perfect. The condo was nice and comfortable. There was a large dog roming the property. The owner saw the dog with my granddaughter on the doorbell can and she told us to vacate immediately. It wasn't our dog and after an hour it was resolved but it definitely put a damper on our stay to be falsely accused that way.

Came for a wedding

Had a problem with the AC the final night, got back to the condo between 9-10 pm was 83 degrees inside the condo, luckily we brought fans but by morning it had only cooled to 80. We did not call the host as we left early in the morning. Other than that the condo was as advertised.

Updated Dune Condo

This place is more up to date than other condos in this little neighborhood. It’s about as close as you can get to the beach here. The back of home faces the dunes and ocean so you have unobstructed views. It’s a nice place to stay. Love that you have access to the pool.

What I liked the place was very nice, the location to the beach was a 10 min walk. The walk was up & down sand dunes, not for little kids. The pool was also alot of fun. What I didn't like I had to drive to the pool to do my laundry. I walked the first time, not a good idea. Also they didn't want us to take any of their towel to the beach. Why have a beach front place & not have beach towels?

Fun in Matagorda

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The layout is perfect and the owner has thought of everything. Our family had a great time staying at this wonderful property in Matagorda. This was our second stay and we will be booking again.
