Some things that could be improved:
We were unable to adjust the heat for the fireplace on the main floor. So the lower level was cool.
Missing items like bottle opener and > 2 glasses for wine/drinks.
Cleaner bathrooms would boost this rating higher.

Great place on the water clean beds comfortable setting

Has Potential
Publié le 15 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat property with lots of room and close to the ski hill but the home seemed to have been smoked in at one time. Would need to be completely gutted and repainted (including ceilings) to remove the smell.

I am bit surprised by your rating and 2 stars when you mentioned in private note that you had great fun. We are a small business that are striving to serve our guests at best.
If one of the guest made smoked and there is limited we could do to stop except charge them for it. We have been clear that smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Sorry to hear that this became such a big issue that you gave two stars? My service did the cleaning and may not have noticed the smell. However, after your private feedback, my service has already taken extra care of cleaning walls thoroughly.
We had a family stay over past weekend who had a great stay and no concerns with smell of smoke.
Irrespective of the rating, we will continue to do best to serve our guests.
