Pet friendly home in Matulji with sauna
Villa Vista Kvarner is located at the foot of the slopes of Uka, just above Opatija in the quiet family village of Bregi.
The house extends over just over 400m2. The living space is divided into five bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, two living rooms and on the ground floor you will find rooms for socialising and entertaining.
Most of the furniture was made in Milan in a family business where every detail of the furniture is handcrafted. In addition to two fireplaces, the house is decorated with paintings by the famous painter Charles Billich and a piano, and the wall in the dining room was hand-painted by a young artist from Rijeka.
When designing the garden, care was taken to ensure that it blends in as well as possible with the natural surroundings. For extra comfort, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace and a whirlpool. Behind the house there is a lawn with facilities for children and a barbecue.
Mediterranean charm and beautiful views make this villa ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.
