Located in the peaceful hillside village of Zvoneća, this house is an excellent base for exploring the natural landscapes of the Kvarner region. The area is surrounded by hiking trails, forests, and panoramic viewpoints, including Nature Park Učka, one of Croatia’s most famous protected nature areas, located around a 20-minute drive away. The park is known for its scenic hiking routes, the Vojak peak lookout tower, dramatic canyons, and spectacular views over the Adriatic coast.

The elegant seaside resort town of Opatija can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, where visitors can enjoy the famous Lungomare promenade, Madonna del Mare Statue, Park Svetog Jakova, and Croatian Museum of Tourism. For beach days, Plaža Črnikovica, Plaža Preluk and Plaža Ičići can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
