Peaceful farm
Publié le 8 nov. 2023 sur HotelsThis farmhouse B&B was a lovely discovery. Quiet and in lovely countryside, it was very convenient for Dumfries House. It is not for those who want a four poster bed. It is a working farm and fine for a stay of a couple of nights.

Definitely excellent hospitality and though I realised it was a downstairs shared bathroom it was hard waiting when desperate for the toilet. If bathroom/shower had been separate from the toilet it would be overall excellent.

It’s a room with a bed for one night.
Publié le 8 sept. 2023 sur HotelsIt’s a hotel with a bed. Very quiet at night so no disturbance whilst sleeping. Great host even left me an early breakfast out and “secure” parking for my motorcycle. Well undercover which is a lot more than you can say for most other hotels.

The room was lovely, as was the breakfast in the morning. Only issue there was no on-suite, had to go down stairs to toilet etc. But overall would recomend it, if you are in the area and would use again, if needed. Thank you
