The building is through with a view of the sea and the street to the front and a view of a garden with trees and tennis courts to the back.
The garden is shaded, fenced, quiet and equipped with an electric barbecue. Only residents have access.
The car park is private covered and secure. Two parking are reserved for this apartment: one in the garage and the other just at the entrance of the residence on the right.
The terrace of this Duplex apartment of 110 m2 is exceptional. The composite glass railings will provide you with an exceptional view on the sea.
New equipment: Oven, Microwave, induction hob, Combi including integrated ice maker, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
An electric barbecue is dedicated to the apartment directly on the terrace.
The fiber is installed for homeofficein excellent conditions. WIFI is free.
