Nestled in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, this house will offer you a truly rejuvenating stay, while being close to the historical and natural treasures of the region, such as the Miremont fortress and the prehistoric sites of Les Eyzies.



Push the gate and enter the courtyard of this beautiful property. Upon crossing the entrance door, you will discover a vast living area of over 40 m², where a large dining table for 8 people awaits you to share meals with family or friends. The living room, comfortable and welcoming, is equipped with a sofa, a television and a coffee table, perfect for your moments of relaxation. At the end of the room, on the right, is the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, offering everything necessary to cook easily. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are at your disposal.



Halfway up the stairs, discover the first bedroom, equipped with a King Size bed (180x190 cm), with direct access to the jacuzzi. As well as a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Going upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a smaller one with two single beds.



Cross the courtyard and climb the stairs to the annex to access the fourth bedroom, spacious, nearly 20 m², equipped with a Queen Size bed and a private bathroom with shower and WC.



For more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay, and two parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
