This lovely detached villa for max. 4 persons is located on the main street of Mazarrón Country Club, just a few steps from the supermarket and local restaurant.
It has a nice living room with sliding doors leading to the garden and the pool.
There are two good size bedrooms: 1x with a double bed, 1x with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.
Private swimming pool (8x4 m) in South-facing garden where you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long. The roofed dining area with barbecue is ideal for sitting outside with a glass of wine.
There is a log burner in the living room that makes the villa suitable for long term winter stays.
Your pet is welcome for a surcharge.
