The service from front desk, maids, and wait staff was excellent. The variety of breakfast items was disappointing. The gym was horrible.The jacuzzi wasn't nearly hot enough. Only one channel was in english. Sports channel variety was great.

The hotel was under remodeling and took a long time to complete my check in, then when I walked in the room there were people working by the window outside. Also the water at the jacuzzi was cold, definitely needs a lot more maintenance this installation.

They first put us in a terrible room with a rusty, jail-like view. We complained, and they immediately moved us to an ocean view room at no cost, but we had to give up our king sized bed. Breakfast was free. Otherwise the restaurant was sub-par. The parking was free, but impossible to navigate with an SUV. Corners are simply too tight. Nice dog area. We never tried the pool. Direct beach access, and it's on the bus line.
