buen hotel buenas instalaciones buen servicio y limpieza PERO en fin de semana no puedes dormir un ruido espantoso de un bar que funciona en la esquina hasta las cuatro de la mañana con un tipo que canta RECIOY MUY FEO me estuve otras dos noches en mazatlan pero me cambie de hotel

Son lentos en la recepción, violan tus derechos a la privacidad de información, fotocopiaron mi tarjeta de crédito y dejaron la copia expuesta por mas que les pedí destruyeran esa información, fue hasta el dia siguiente que me permitieron solo tachar con marcador las clave de seguridad pero todo lo demás quedó expuesto.
