An invitation from nature to rediscover the forest and all its pleasures, the Gîte de l'Orée du Bois is the epicenter of the treasures of the Touraine-Val de Loire region: vineyards, castles, and gastronomy. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, shower room, WC. Upstairs: music room (sofa bed), 1st bedroom (double bed), 2nd bedroom (two single beds). Cot and baby bath available. Wi-Fi access. This gîte is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Heating: by reversible air conditioning and convectors (extra charge according to meter reading) + wood-burning stove (€60/stere of wood). Private enclosed garden of 600 m², south-facing terrace with a pleasant pergola. Satellite TV, Canal+ decoder (Canal+ card required). A complimentary basket of firewood. Tourist tax not included. Small pets are welcome; otherwise, please contact the owner. Animals are strictly prohibited from entering the bedrooms. This is a non-smoking property. A restored farmhouse, ideally located in a small hamlet on the edge of the woods, offering quick access to major roads (including the A85). Numerous castles, some of the most renowned in the Loire Valley, are within a 20 km radius.

The price does not include: heating, firewood, or electricity (beyond the basic allowance of 8 kWh/day).
