I had a great stay at Quality Inn McAlester. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. I also enjoyed the free hot breakfast and convenient location in McAlester, OK. Excellent value for the price - I'd definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay at the Quality Inn in McAlester OK. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Close to McAlester army Ammunition Plant and near by all dining areas, which made my trip easy. I'd stay here again.

Room was adequate, but there was a strange smell. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit unpleasant. Perhaps the cleaning chemicals? Otherwise, it seems as if it’s an older property that has been updated with a few things here and there which could be better (rusty screw holes around the new bathtub surround, a few stains on the tile, small nicks in the vanity). Besides the odor, it was rather noisy with lots of slamming doors. I guess people don’t realize that the door will slam shut if you don’t hold it. Breakfast was decent with yogurt, eggs and sausage for protein options. The staff that I encountered were very polite, although their system was down for a while, and I had to return to the front desk several times before I could finally check in. Overall it was a decent place for the price, and the employees seemed to be trying hard to welcome customers.

I've stayed in plenty of roadside hotels, but Quality Inn & Suites McAlester on Hwy 69 genuinely surprised me. It has that easy-on-the-traveler vibe - quick check in, spotless room, and a bed that feels like it was made for people who've been on Highway 69 all day. What stood out most was how peaceful it was at night. No noise, no hassle - just a solid, comfortable rest. Add in a fresh breakfast and genuinely kind staff, and it turned a simple overnight stop into a stay I'd happily repeat.

The room was kind of okay, on one of the beds the comforter had stains and tiny little bugs in the bathroom I also used their laundry facilities and the washer was very dirty and trash on the floor also the price for the room was different online I got charge more at the property and i didn’t notice until I saw my bank statement, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice though and also his son and his wife.

Absolutely loved my stay here - 10/10 all the way. The location is perfect, making it easy to get around and right next to Walmart ! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh the moment I walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was a real highlight too. Overall, a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Over all we had a great experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, yogurt and bagels plus pancakes and waffles. The room price was a good value. I will stay here again.
