This spacious and charming resort condo at Aspen Village is perfect for everyone from couples wanting to break away for a romantic weekend to large families planning a memorable retreat. The two-story condo is centrally located near downtown and within walking distance to the glorious beaches of Payette Lake. It is just two minutes from Ponderosa Park, the McCall public golf course, and only 12 miles from Brundage Ski Resort and 5 miles from the fabulous recreational area at Bear Basin and Little Ski Hill, offering world-class Nordic skiing and fun family downhill skiing in the winter and exciting mountain-bike trails in the summer. The condo's well-stocked kitchen features lovely marble counters and is equipped with all stainless-steel cookware and everything you need to cook up great meals after a day of fun and adventure. Guests have free access to The Club, an impressive on-site health club featuring a full circuit of cardio conditioning machines, free weights, Nautilus strength training machines, an 18-yard swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, indoor racquetball courts, and more (NOTE - guests must complete authorization form before entering The Club). In the summer, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, kids' play structure, and barbeque areas. Take in the mountain charm of McCall, Idaho and all that it has to offer from the comfort of this ideally located condo.

The master bedroom on the main floor features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, king size bed, desk, and television. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is also on the main floor and adjacent to the guest bathroom. Upstairs is an open loft TV room with a Roku TV and DVD player, a sofa sleeper, plus an additional room with bunk bed. The living area downstairs features a wood stove in the living room, a small balcony, and a large dining room table that accommodates all your guests. Parking for guests is in a one-car garage below the condo as well as additional parking for one car in front of the garage. The unit is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and has a full-sized washer and dryer.

Three minutes from downtown McCall, you'll be close to restaurants, shops, and the fabulous Manchester Ice Rink, the Alpine Playhouse, and the Mile-High Marina. Davis beach is just a short walk from the condo. Ponderosa State Park, the 1,515-acre lakeside jewel of north-central Idaho, is just three minutes (.8 mile) away; there you can snowshoe and Nordic ski in the winter and hike, mountain bike, pick huckleberries or relax on the beach in the summer. The 27-hole McCall public golf course is less than half a mile away, offering lovely greens and fairways framed by stunning views. Aspen Village is served by McCall Transit which makes regular loops around town and takes all passengers free of charge.

In winter: Enjoy world-class Nordic skiing at five different cross-country recreational areas, including Bear Basin and Ponderosa Park, each offering impeccably groomed trails with stunning views winding through forests and meadows. Just 10.5 miles away, experience downhill skiing at Brundage Mountain Resort or even closer (less than five miles away) experience night skiing at Little Ski Hill. Or go snowmobiling or snowshoeing in the vast surrounding forests; take a sleigh ride; try fat bike riding, ice skate, or catch an ice show at the Manchester Rink, or take the kids sledding and snow tubing at the Activity Barn. For a relaxing end to the day, make the trip north up to Bergdorf hot springs or down to Zims Hot Springs in New Meadows, to take in Idaho's exceptional experience of mystical soothing waters.


In summer: head to the Ponderosa State Park's glorious beaches. Or do some mountain biking on challenging and fun trails at Bear Basin or at Brundage Mountain Resort. Road biking abounds in the area, offering diverse routes from along the lake or through fields and farmland around McCall. Hiking trails abound for all levels in the surrounding Payette National Forest. Or try boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, huckleberry picking, horseback riding, or a lake cruise.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

4th in McCall

The condo was nice and clean and had an upstairs with tv for the teens. We utilized the pickleball courts and gym while there. We would definitely stay there again. Within walking distance of the beach and fireworks. Construction on road in front of complex which required additional navigation when making errands into town, but we figured it out. Also had a garage which was handy to keep our mountain bikes in for safety.

Much Enjoyed!

I booked this rental for my birthday. It easily accommodated six adult guests. I was impressed with how well stock the kitchen was with equipment. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. We didn't use the rec center. This is a good rental for a family with kiddos or a couples trip.
