This ski in/ ski out property is an excellent choice for ski and snowboard enthusiasts, or anyone looking to capitalize on the four-season offerings of Wisp Resort. Boasting rolling mountain views, ski in/ski out access, quality furnishings and artful dĂ©cor, this home will leave you mesmerized. And, with its location high on the mountain, you can be assured of quiet nights, fresh mountain air and clear unobstructed views of the valleys below and stars above. Want a little more space for an extended group? Rent the other half of this duplex, our fantastic “WISPering Timbers” property, for added space with the benefit of privacy when you need it.

ACCESS DETAILS:
Located directly in front of North Camp Ski Slopes and Chair #7 at Wisp Resort. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.

Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

Great place and awesome backyard area

We had a great time at Between the timbers. The check in process was very easy and the interior of the house was clean. The back of the house is right up against the ski slope so the backyard was essentially as far as you wanted to go up and down the mountain. Both my daughter and dog loved it! There was a fire pit set up which we used each night. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the back patio and grill. The back patio and grill weren’t very clean and it appeared that an old rusty fire pit was just laid against the back of the patio. That wasn’t great for kids, dogs, or just general safety. If those are cleaned up I would rate this property 5/5.

Beautiful house, nice community

Overall we loved the house. Loved the layout, the views, etc. Our only negatives were what was provided. Bring everything you might need because there was none (or too little) of the following: TP, paper towels, dish soap, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and garbage can liners. As long as you know that going in, you should be fine! If you like lots of blankets or pillows, I'd suggest extras of those, too. Other than that, though, the house is beautiful and in good shape. If we come back with a similar sized group next time, we'll definitely book again.

The property is beautiful. We loved the deck and great room, as well as being right by the ski lift, even during the summer. Lovely scenery!

Property is conveniently located at Wisp Ski resort and is very close to downtown Bear Creek Lake. We would recommend this property to a family and it is pet friendly.

Beautiful home

Between the Timbers was awesome.. It had everything you needed for a relaxing & fun weekend. After a fun day doing things from fishing in Deep Creek lake, to hiking & fishing at Swallow Falls to returning to the Timbers for a relaxing evening of grilling dinner and sitting around the camp fire roasting marshmallows or relaxing in the hot tub. The dusk walks along the ski slopes. One evening just after closing up after using the hot tub ; we had a little black bear visit the yard. My grandsons thought that was so neat. We never saw him again. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, had excellent TV & Wi-Fi reception , the bedrooms were very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The upstairs master bedroom even had a balcony looking out over the mountain with a breath taking view of the sky. Having 3 bathrooms, 2 equipped with bathtubs & a separate shower was great. The owner have thought about everything for you to have a wonderful weekend. We are keeping the Between the Timbers as a place we'd rent again .

Every thing was good except the bed in the bedroom nearest the kitchen was extremely hard and the walls were full of spider webs .from on corner to the next. .but other than that every thing else was great
