Welcome to our cozy retreat nestled in the heart of the North Coast among redwood trees and beaches. This delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage exudes charm and character, offering a quintessential Northern CA living experience.

Outside, you'll find a charming garden area surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

Conveniently located near the airport, local shops, restaurants, beaches, Hammond trail and attractions.

All rooms have lots of light and the master bedroom includes a queen size bed with dresser and is very spacious. Plenty of space in the bathroom as well. This home has many great features such as a cozy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a small dining area that opens up to the living room. The kitchen area leads to a fully fenced back yard with landscaping and a deck with outdoor furniture. Washer and dryer are available. The house is very quiet and the neighborhood is calm. Parking is available in front of the unit.
