Accommodating hotel with friendly staff!

The pool was broken when we visited (Feb 2024) so if you are traveling near then I would call to see if it is fixed before booking if that is something you’d like to use. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was friendly!

Several families traveled together here for basketball and booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. Upon check in, there was a note on the desk stating that the pool was out of order. That should have been disclosed on the website at the time of booking.

Good morning, Onikka. We apologize for the pool being temporarily closed. We do have it disclosed on our Red Lion website, but it seems that there has been some trouble displaying it on the online travel agency websites, like Expedia. We are working on this and we are trying to find a solution so people can be aware at the time of making their reservation that our pool is closed at the moment. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope our additional discount that you were given can make up for some of your troubles that our pool being down has caused. We hope you guys will give us another try once our pool opens back up. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you have a safe trip.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in an area I was going to be doing some work in. I spent one night here and that was perfect.

Hotel room lighting was not very good and room, in general, somewhat outdated. Pool and hot tub were both closed. Fitness center was cramped and offered no weights, only 3 cardio machines parked right next to each other.
