Welcome to the perfect lake house with enough room for the whole family! The kitchen and living room are open, large, and inviting and the game room is the perfect spot to hang out. Ready to venture outside? You have lake views from the house, a great backyard with a fire pit and a gas grill, and Upper Silver Lake access is right across the street from the home.

This beautiful house features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a great game room! Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, the third bedroom has two queen bunk beds and the fourth bedroom features two twin bunk beds. The living space in this home is very spacious and great for your family vacation! This is not a pet-friendly property.

Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan, and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail which will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream. Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. House was nice and set up great for family and kids. The game room was fun for the kids but all of the pool sticks had broken tips on them. The house needs a water softener as the water smelled very strong of iron. The location was nice and lake pretty. It’s close to the dunes with a short drive.

Overall the property was as expected. Dishware and cookware were sparce but we learn to travel with our own. After check in i messaged the owner but he never replied. Bar on lower door shelf was broken. Furnace air filter was caked with dust.

Nice Home to Stay in the Area

We enjoyed our stay here. The house has a really nice sun room and patio and the rec room with pool table and foosball were used a lot. With access to the beach, close to the sand dunes, and several nice areas to hang out inside the house we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The house was spacious for our family and loved having beach access across the street. Few things: well pump stopped working (not the owners fault) but having no running water for almost 24 hrs was a little unlivable - they were quick to address it. House had musty smell and bedroom mattresses could use some upgrading but overall pleasant stay and home was equipped with all that we needed. Thank you!

Lakeview Cottage

We brought a lot of extra items from home we didn't need since the house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of towels also. It was great having a washer and dryer on the premises. The game room was an extra big hit with my teenage and young adult grandchildren, it kept them entertained during down time. We had 12 people in our group for a week stay and a second trash bin was greatly needed but not supplied.

Fabulous Lake House

I was so happy with this rental. The pictures are accurate. The place was clean and the location is terrific. All the teenagers loved the lake access and the game room, which now also has a shuffleboard table and foosball. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook and the dining room table is big enough to fit everyone. There is space for everyone to spread out. The only things I would change is the pillows, which are very flat, but that is relatively minor and the location of the fire pit. If you have a large family and are visiting Silver Lake, I would highly recommend this rental.

It was a great place to stay for the adults and children. There was plenty of room and the kids were able to be kids. We did not have to worry about the kids breaking things as it definitely is kid friendly. We would definitely stay there again .

Great spot for a family visit

This house was the perfect spot for our group (5 adults, 1 eight-year-old). Plenty of space for everybody, with a comfortable living room, plus the game room was a huge hit. The location right across from a small beach on Upper Silver Lake was perfect--swimming was great, and it was much easier being there with a kid than on the big lake (the waves were fairly big during our week there). It's far enough away from everything that it's nice and quiet at night.

Good location and space, verify ammenities befor traveling

We own a property management company and work with VRBO's on a daily basis. This house has a great location and has great space. There is plenty of room for all guests. We were very disappointed to arrIve to a full garbage can and were even more disappointed when we were told we needed to take the prior guest's garbage to the curb. The grill did not work properly and the fuse trips when you run the microwave and anything in the bathrooms at the same time. We also did not know that paper towels , garbage bags etc were our responsibility. When we asked for more supplies we were told we only got a starter kit. This was not listed on the VRBO site so we werent prepared. The water pressure is also an issue. The sleeping arrangements are as listed and the parking was a bonus. We fit 4 trucks and trailers with no problem.

Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen table seats many people, bathrooms were large and not cramped. Bedrooms were big with comfortable beds and dressers to unpack your clothes. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Loved the private beach across the street. Outside grill was great and loved the fire pit and chairs. Good location, close to many things to do.
