Located at Silver Lake with access to Silver Lake and sand dunes.

Brand new construction cottage located in Silver Lake on a wooden lot with wildlife seen nightly. Plenty of parking for all your toys whether water or sand. 5 minute walk to a park on Upper Silver Lake, 2 minute drive to a boat launch at the State Park (free) and a 5 minute drive to the dune entrance. Master bedroom has it's own bath with king bed and his/her closets. Main floor also has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Air conditioning, fire pit, high speed internet, bed linens and towels provided (bring your own beach towels). Grocery and party stores nearby. And for those that don't want to cook, plenty of restaurants. Pentwater and Ludington are great options for boutique shopping and optional restaurants.
The basement is only available if your party has more than 6 people. If your party is larger than 6 your quote includes the basement automatically.
The garage in photos is not available to rent.
Owner also has 2 RV lots on this large property that is also not available for rent.

Our family loved staying here. The house is clean, comfortable and set up perfect for a big family. The house had every amenity we could ask for and the yard was beautiful! We vacation in Mears every year and this was our favorite place that we have stayed.

Sand Dunes Retreat

Very clean and accommodating property in a convenient location. Large driveway that is perfect for trucks and trailers. House has a nice layout that works good with multiple families. We look forward to staying here again.

Close to boating and the dunes. Only a 20 minute drive to horseback riding, dairy farm tour and an adventure farm that was all fun for kids aged 2-12. Absolutely great vacation!

Home away from home!

Perfect place to stay! We went for a quick long weekend trip to pick up blazer. We spent most of the time in the house playing games and making memories. Never felt cramped in. We had a family of six. Will be back!

Great place for the family

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time here! Close to the dunes and town. Good communication with the owners, great parking, fire pit, grill! Would recommend. Could use a more comfortable couch upstairs and the floors were a little dirty on arrival but those are just 2 small things! Overall wonderful place!!
