We were in the area for riding the sand dunes and had a trailer with a sxs. The photos do not show a fence along the front of the property so we unloaded our machine parked it in yard and then unhooked trailer and pushed it into yard. There is a property with a camper across the driveway makes maneuvering a little tight. These are just FYI’s not complaints. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, we only needed two bedrooms so it was fine. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, coffee filters and your basic seasonings. If there’s 3 couples definitely need to make sure to have a cooler the refrigerator is an antique and smaller sized. No A/C but plenty of fans. Coke cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The location was good and it was easy to find. It doesn't specifically say there is no AC, which I failed to notice. The hot/cold in the bath sink are backwards. The kitchen sink faucet is extremely loose and should be tightened. The fridge is super cute but freezes everything. Overall, the stay was adequate.

Great location close to the dunes and our favorite place to eat the chicken shack! Very clean and private woodsy area with plenty of parking for our toys. Kitchen had everything we needed and water pressure was great after a day at the beach. Spent alot of time around the fire pit and would definitely stay here again.

Very deceiving

Very deceiving. Pictures showed home to be better maintained. Deck was broken. Steps from the deck unsafe. Two people fell on the steps. No AC but not all windows opened. Windows missing screens. So very difficult to get air circulation moving inside the house. Without ac I would have expected better air circulation options. Fridge freezes everything. Faucet in the kitchen was loose. Whole thing moved all over the place. Definitely not what we expected and very disappointed.

I cant wait to stay here again!!! There was 6 of us we had plenty of room. We went to Michigan adventure one day and Mac dune rides the next. Love the location!! Easy to go anywhere. Just a couple miles to Silver Lake(fun little town) and sand dunes. Super clean, nice back yard to build a fire. Fast and easy communication with the host. Everything went smooth and we can't wait to do it again. Thanks Brian and Amy

Great weekend getaway to the dunes.

Cabin was in a great location. We were able to park our trailer and trucks there. The kids enjoyed the yard. Cute and clean inside. Everything you need!

Mear and Coca Cola Cottage

We pulled in late in the afternoon, easy entrance to the Cottage with instructions provided. Just as pictured, very clean, WiFi provided worked well. We didn’t need anything other than food and toiletries
 plenty of room inside and a fire pit and grill outside. 3 full size beds, was a tight squeeze for my husband and I, because our Poodle Cookie is used to sleeping in a King
lol but we managed. There is a light above the kitchen table, we both bumped into that light “several” times
. Ugh. If I have a complaint, it is because there is no dishwasher
. I knew that going in, but it would be nice as we were on vacation to not have dishes to wash
 The nights were cool, and the furnace kept us nice and toasty
 There were no surprises with the Cottage and we enjoyed our stay

Cute Coca-Cola Cottage

Cute cabin was clean, well furnished, perfectly located for our week long vacation. We used the kitchen and grill every day. Communications with the owners was easy and they addressed the one issue we had in minutes. The owner was always very responsive. All of the amenities that you would expect in a Lake Cottage with a nice touch of nostalgia. We loved it!

Underwhelmed

The online description said several times that this cottage is on a lake, but there was no water nearby. It is also located at a busy intersection, so it was noisy. The refrigerator is very small, with almost no freezer space, so our family of six had to make frequent trips to the grocery store. The screened entry room allows rain to come in, so that space was muddy most of the week. Some windows did not open, and without air-conditioning, it was a problem keeping the cottage cool.

Great location!

This is a perfect location! It was great for four adults and we loved the bonfire. Easy check in process. I will advise future customers that the first picture was a little deceptive- we anticipated the property to be on a lot of land but it’s actually right off the road. It wasn’t too noisy though. Other than a few cleaning issues (dirty/old sponge left in the sink so we had to buy a new one and dead bug under the bed) it was a nice stay.

Simplicity at its finest

As advertised the coke cabin is simple and sweet. For a small cabin there was plenty of room for four adults, it would still have felt comfortable with six. The centralized location is perfect. We were able to swing by silver lake one afternoon and pentwater and ludington the next. We spent our nights relaxing next to a fire. Only downside is their is no air conditioning so even with fans it’s warm in the summer. If the provided two window units it would have really made the stay perfect.

Good rental near beaches

This is a pleasant cottage a short drive from Silver Lake State Park. The kitchen is well equipped. A drawback is that the kitchen and one of the bedrooms are both located in what appears to be a later addition to the original house. One has to "step down" or "step up" when going from one section to the other. It's not a problem but a renter should be alert to this obstacle when going from one part of the cottage to the other, especially at night. We soon became accustomed to this difference in height after a few experiences with stubbed toes and always took a flashlight along when moving at night or just left a light on in the kitchen and the bathroom.. Problem solved! The cottage has a small screened in porch which makes for a pleasant outdoor dining area. There is also a deck in the rear of the cottage which provides additional dining space. The cottage is situated on a sizeable lot, making for plenty of play space for little kids. We found the owner to be very responsive to any requests for explanations or requests for assistance.

Had a Great Stay. Rode along LakeShore Drive om the bikes. Played a Ton of Disc Golf and ate alot of campfire Food! Great Spot to get away and get into nature more
