Didn’t get the bed I asked for, and been notified about the arrival time while ago and asked for the room to be ready but it wasn’t. Also they said it will be ready as requested for the second night but still my request wasn’t fulfilled.

It was very easy to confuse with the Hilton located just outside, upon check as I arrived passed midnite reception was closed and only 2 ppl sitting at desk were there to help. Room was nice but one bed was broken

This place is within a 10-15 min walk from the Kaabah. The hotel also provides gulf cart/shuttle service free of charge very conveniently. The room service was awesome and the hotel staff were very friendly! Would love to come back!

Wonderful room and service! We were upgraded due to availability, which was a beautiful surprise as it was our first Umrah. Our Room had some view of Masjid Al Haram’s courtyard. It was truly a blessing. We could hear prayers in the room, which was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The golf cart system to the Haram from the hotel was so helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jabal Omar Makkah was absolutely excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Haram—which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was efficient and accommodating, housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Even during busy times, they remained calm, organized, and respectful. Their exceptional service made my stay even more comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Makkah.
