Mercure is a very decent hotel. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Beds are comfy and you can enjoy the quietness and the block out curtains. Food is not the best, but if you download hunger station app, you can enjoy delivery from most restaurants in Makkah. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I requested for early check in but they didn’t facilitate. Overall it’s a good hotel. Shuttle almost every hour which drops near ajiad tunnel which is 5 mins walk from haram. Driver at night is very rude, he would be late sometime and would check hotel card again and again which is irritating

Hotel very nice, along with it's staff and service. The room has a mini fridge, really cold AC and a shuttle bus which took you back and forth from the Haram. The time is spaced out so if you want to come back at your own time then you would have to use a taxi (Uber). All in all, very nice and worth every penny.

Overall my stay was nice. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The only issue was the shower design. Water spills out easily because one side is open and the curtain is too short, so the whole floor gets wet. There’s also no handheld shower, which made simple things like washing our feet difficult. We ended up using water bottles. I hope they improve this, because everything else was good.
