This is one of the worst experiences of mine. Came in with my parents to perform Umrah now I will never recommend anyone this hotel. It’s so many things that upset me about my stay here but I don’t want to make it a rant. Spend your valuable time elsewhere do not stay in this hotel. You will be wise to spend elsewhere and make your religious visit more comfortable and convenient. This hotel is mediocre at best. One good thing only was the housekeeping staff only they made my stay somewhat comfortable. Check in staff managers and the property amenities are not even close to a five star hotel. You will get okay and below average experience.

The check in process was disorganized and unsatisfactory. I had 2 rooms. At first they told me you have only one room. Them they tried to give me on room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was i pushed and they suddenly found my booking at 420 pm and told me rooms were not ready (check in was 4 pm). At 445 i asked for the manager and both rooms magically appeared side by side. I noticed if you spoke arabic then rooms were provided right away.

Clean rooms and amazing staff. Its incredibly close to Haram (kaaba) no matter the Rush, you can easily reach on foot from and to kaaba, for non ahram people gate 91 is closest.

A great location, very clean facilities and staff that are friendly and attentive. Also a great buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. Easy access to the Haram which is the most important part. Great stay overall.
