all the staffs were very friendly and nice! rooms were clean. the only comment I want to make is about the stand shower. which didnt have a full coverage door which is why it was flowing water outside the shower area and the bathroom was getting wet. had to be very careful with that. everything else is very good. location was perfect.

Good: Excellent location, dedicated entrance and lifts are great. Staff are friendly. Nice rooms. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Bad: - Very very slow wifi. It really needs upgrading. It probably hasn't been improved since the hotel was first launched in 2010. - bathrooms in rooms are functional but worn and slightly out-dated. - Restaurant food (huge buffet) goes cold very quickly Would I stay here again? Yes depending on price. The Jabal Omar hotels are much more modern and closer to the Haram.

I would rate the stay as good, not excellent. The service and amenities such as water, tea, coffee, towels, and toiletries were provided generously. However, I found the room and bathroom a bit small and slightly congested. Aside from that, the overall environment and cleanliness were very good. The biggest advantage is the location—right by the Kaaba—which makes it extremely convenient for anyone who prefers not to walk long distances.
