Staff are super nice. They are the highlight of this stay. Amenities were efficient, especially the in-house supermarket. However, the room was not impressive. The bathroom was not as clean when we checked in and its roof has mould. The carpet had white patches and the bed frames were worn out. It’s fair to say that the building, lifts and lobbies are nicer than the rooms based on my experience. Overall, it was okay.

Great place if you are looking for accomodation around Haram. The shuttles are very frequent. The shuttles could get very crowded during prayer times and account for atleast 30 minutes to reach Masjid Haram

The hotel itself is very good. It was clean, breakfast had many options, and tasted very good, and the staff was very COURTEOUS. The only thing is the bus service can be a real hustle. Forget about taking bus after Friday prayer. It was sad to see people fighting over getting on to bus.
