Overall, the hotel is a good hotel. Very clean and the staff is excellent. There is something that happens around the hotel that is loud music that lasts sometime until 5:00 am. This is not the mosques but more like a club. Staff was very good and helpful.

Best hotel in Medan. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was wonderful and the hotel facilities are fantastic - the spa pools are wonderful. We also had the best sleep here out of all the hotels we stayed at in Medan and wished we stayed here more nights.Convenient location with a huge mall just diagonally across the road too.
