Angelica was very helpful at check in. Adam had told me previously that our room would be on the third floor but it ended up being on the first floor. There was a lot of noise and commotion in the hallway and my husband checked and it turned out to be the staff

Everything was good except that one bulb in the bathroom was out. I usually prefer a well-lit bathroom. The guy at the reception was nice and friendly. I love warm and friendly people at the reception.
